We respond to all inquiries within 1–3 business days. If your question is urgent, please include “URGENT” in your subject line and we’ll prioritize your message.
For Amazon orders, we recommend contacting Amazon customer service first for shipping and return issues. However, we’re happy to assist with product questions, technical support, and compatibility concerns for any Pulsefire product purchased through Amazon.
Please include your specific model (standard flamethrower, UBF, LRT, etc.), when you purchased it, and a detailed description of your question or issue. Photos or videos are extremely helpful for technical questions.
We currently provide support via email to ensure we can properly document technical questions and provide detailed answers with reference materials. This also allows us to respond to customers across all time zones efficiently.
We do not offer facility tours or in-person demonstrations at this time. However, we provide comprehensive product videos and detailed specifications on each product page to help you understand how our flamethrowers operate.
